How to avoid Bad breath???


It has been found that most of couples feel bad when they get closer due to bad breathing. Most of us have the same problem especially when we have smoking habit. There are some instances where we may miss some dearest one due to this bad breathing. It is easy to overcome this problem and make our loved one happy if we could follow the below given simple procedures. If you have smoking habit, you have to take care of the brand you use.

Some brand will available for low cost but it will give too much bad smell than no one can stay closer. Clean your mouth with water after every meal. If possible, please take brush this will give you fresh and clean feel. It will also kill the germs by not allowing any hidden food particle. It is advisable to brush the teeth before you go to bed and got up from the bed.

Bacteria are the main cause for your bad breath and it is found that apple a day will kill bacteria and gives you good breath. Lemon will do magic with this issue, lemon with warm water will give you good breath. Drink as much as water you can, having high amount water will clean not only the mouth but also all internal waste will go through sweating. And finally tea instead of coffee and sugarless gums will give you good breath. Follow these steps and make you love happy and to feel good.

  1. hope this helps you. I had awful bad breath and tonsil stones. Thank god my only friend told me to check Oraltech Labs advice as it got rid of her bad breath and her post nasal drip.
