There are some changes in the fine charges. Until last year it was 60 pounds and it is going be 75 pounds from this year. This includes for over speeding, not using helmet, using mobile phones while driving and without wearing seat belt. It is stated that this fine charges will be applicable to those whose are convicted since 2007.
There are thousands of cases in the court for proceeding and if it goes negative with them then they need to pay sixty pounds instead of seventy five pounds. This charging will also include for car parking as well. If you don’t have proper car parking permit then you will also be suffered. This system is called surcharge of victims. Many saying that government want to get some money with people who are not victims actually. Be cautious while driving; if we are perfect then this charge hike wont affect any body.
